Located on the banks of the Mississippi River, the city of New Boston offers many activities for the whole family including a beautiful camping location and park, historic scenery, abundant fishing and a one of a kind eagle environment sure to impress even the most patriotic of Americans.

Camp Rates

Park opens on April 1st and closes November 1st of each year.

(If weather is bad, outside water might not be available until April 15th and shut off as early as October 15th)

Park Quiet Time is 10 pm to 7am.

DAILY RATES  

RV, Trailers, Motor Homes           $30.00
Weekly Rate                                    $80.00
Tents, Vehicles per site                 $15.00

Monthly rates April through October for RV, Trailers, Motor Homes are $250; $280 for front row

Yearly rates for RV, Trailers, Motor Homes is $2,000.00

Fees are due the first of each month. A late charge of $10.00 will be assessed after 5 days. There is a $20.00 charge on all returned dishonored checks.  All fees must be paid directly to City Hall.

Pavilion Rental
$50.00 plus a refundable $50.00 deposit, totaling $100 (which you will get back after it has been cleaned and inspected). If you wish to have alcohol when renting the pavilion, you must get permission from the Mayor/Liquor Commissioner.

    1. There will be a lot of changes to come to the New Boston Campground very soon! All suggestions are taken with care as the campground undergoes the rehabilitation. Thank you for the suggestion and support of the campground! The city is doing its best to keep the community up to date on all of the renovation projects. If you would like to make a reservation for the New Boston Campground, please call City Hall at 309-587-8181 and we would be more than happy to answer any questions you may have and book your reservation. As of right now we do not offer a reservation service through the website, but the idea is in the works. We look forward to your stay and thank you for choosing the New Boston and Sturgeon Bay Campground!

  3. Good Day I am from ShelterboxUSA the American Affiliate of an international Aid organization. We have a volunteer canoeing the length of the Mississippi this year as a fund raiser. He is most likely to land in New Boston on the 16th of August for an overnight. Your campground sounds right, does it have bathrooms, showers? Is there a store or restaurant in walking distance? Is there a way to secure his canoe ?
