New Sign Welcomes People to New Boston
The City of New Boston has purchased a new marquee sign that will be placed at the entrance of town on Main Street. The sign features two of New Boston’s known historical figures, Chief Blackhawk and Abe Lincoln. The sign is set to be installed by the end of August.
Fish Fry Accepts Parade Entries
The 95th Annual Fish and Chicken Fry will launch as it does every year with a large parade. Entries for the parade are welcome. The categories are Kiddies, Vehicles (cars, trucks), Golf Carts, Horses, Motorcycles, Business & Organizations, and tractors.
