The City of New Boston received a $400,000 State Grant to begin the rehabilitation project on the river front; the largest grant to be received by the city. The project includes campground reorganization, construction of an eagle watch sanctuary, the creation of biking/hiking trails, construction of heated restrooms, a pavilion with a fireplace, campsite expansion and the addition of more electrical services.
