The City of New Boston would like to send a sincere thank you to all of the people who participated in the New Boston Fish Fry’s 95th Annual Event. It was a grand success that would not have been possible with out all of your help.
The parade was spectacular and the Grand Marshalls were great. The music at Fish Fry Park kept us entertained throughout the afternoon. The Dragon was quite a sight and challenge for our kids who couldn’t help but tackle the obstacle. The kids games were wonderful as usual and very engaging. Citizens worked diligently in the Fish Shack were from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm cooking, serving, taking money and tickets, doing dishes, and what ever needed to be done in the hot, humid weather. The fireworks were grand (until the rain put a stop to them) and the band at the Riverfront was awesome. The Clean Up Crew deserves a metal for all they did both before and after the event.
A heartfelt thank you to all of you–Hope to see you all again next year.
